Tacomex is a family-owned business inspired by the authentic flavors of Guadalajara, Mexico. Our roots come from generations of traditional cooking, where fresh ingredients, handmade tortillas, and bold flavors are always at the heart of every meal.

We created Tacomex to share a true taste of Guadalajara with our community through fresh, authentic Mexican food made with care and family tradition.

Had dinner at Tacomex in La Crosse with some friends and was excited to finally try their lengua tacos and quesabirria. We also ordered asada fries and a burrito bowl. The food came out quickly, and I was lucky enough to get the last of the lengua—definitely a win!

One of the best parts of the experience was the open kitchen, where we could see fresh tortillas being made alongside our orders. Everything had amazing flavor, and the salsas were on point. It genuinely felt like I was back in Arizona with how authentic and delicious everything was.

Great tacos, great staff, and an all-around great experience. Highly recommend!

I ordered the 3 tacos and a guac side. The hand made tortillas are delicious. Meat has good flavor. I ordered Chorizo, asada and chicken. The chorizo was my favorite.
